Primates

Then we went back to the primate branch which is off of the stirrup shaped stapes because primates have that but not hooves.

The branch we took is called Insectivorans, Archontans, and Glires. Insectivores are burrowers like the mole. Glires are also burrowers like rodents and rabbits that have big teeth called incisors at the front of the jaw.

The archontans are animals that live in trees like bats and primates. They have a bendy (flexible) ankle which is good for climbing up and around trees.

Humans come from the common ancestor of apes. I am a human so I am an ape.

In with the primates there is part of a skull from "Homo erectus" which means "human".
